Here are our terms and conditions of business, please read before you place an order.
Once an order is placed either by telephone or in person by signing a customer sheet, a contract is deemed to exist between buyer and seller and terms are accepted.
Cirkis will not accept claims for repairs or alterations once a costume has been worn and used for dancing, any repairs or alterations after first use will incur a charge.
Cirkis will accept no responsibility for defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal use and failure to follow our care instructions verbal or written.
You the client are responsible to ensure goods are practical for the purpose intended.
Client must ensure the design is fully understood at the time of consultation, minor variations can be accommodated at the first fit, any further changes after that will be charged accordingly
Any defects prior to first use must be made in writing directly to Cirkis within 7 days of reciept.
Payment - £100 for starter costume £200 for any stoned costume must be made before any work can start on your costume, full balance must be paid on collection, we will not release costume until balance has been paid.
For pairs costumes the full balance must be paid before either of the costumes are released.
Costume deposits can be paid by cash, cheque or credit card, final payment must be made by either cash or credit card.
Cancellations - All deposits will be forfeited, Cirkis may sell garment to recoup costs.
Cirkis reserves the right to refuse return at our discretion.
Cirkis cannot guarantee the quality of your costume once you have washed it, if you require any information about how to clean your costume please contact us before doing so, as no claims can be made once this has been done.
