Terms & Conditions

Once an order is placed, a contract is deemed to exist between buyer and seller and terms are accepted.

Cirkis will not accept claims for repairs once the costume has been worn and used for dancing.  Cirkis will repair costumes at a cost to the client

Cirkis will accept no responsibility for defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal use and failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, verbal or written

Cirkis will not accept liability to quality or performance of goods after first use

The customer is responsible to ensure goods are practical for the purpose intended.  Cirkis is not liable for design misunderstanding

The customer must ensure design is fully understood at time of order as no changes can be made once the costume has been started.

Any defects prior to first use must be made in writing directly to Cirkis within 7 days of receipt

Any changes to original agreed design will be charged accordingly

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring all measurements are correct and the onus is on you the customer to take them properly and accurately.

Payment - £100 starter costume, £200 stoned costume, balance must be paid on collection.  Deposit can be made by cash, cheque or card, final payment must be paid by cash/card

Cancellations – All pre-payments or deposits will be forfeited.  Cirkis may sell garment to recoup costs

Returns – Ready to wear garments must be returned unworn.  With made to measure costumes Cirkis reserves the right to refuse return.  A customers own design will not be eligible for return in any instance.

Cirkis advise you do not wash your costume as fabrics used are highly coloured and washing is done at the customers own risk!
